Pricing & How It Works

We charge a $50 non-refundable fee to initiate the search process. If we don’t find flights that match your search parameters, you won’t owe anything more.

If we do, the majority* of successful roundtrip searches cost:

– $150 for the first passenger
– $125 for each additional passenger

*Complicated bookings (3+ destinations) are priced individually depending on the complexity.

We’ll send you step by step instructions, including a video, showing you how to book your trip. We do this because its often much easier than coordinating passwords, logins, credit cards, etc.

Step 2

We will reach out to you via email to collect a few more details.

We will make sure we are on the same page and offer our suggestions to help guide your search in a way that will increase the chances of a successful award search.

Step 6

If you need additional help we will help you make your booking via video call.

If you need additional help, let us know and we can step in and work with you to get your trip booked.

Step 3

We will start your search for the best flights offering the greatest award values.

Step 7

You pay us by credit card.

…only after we find the award space that meets your goals. We’ll charge the card on file, unless you would rather use a different card.

Step 4

We will send you the best available reward options to choose from.

If we fail to meet the terms set in step 2, you owe nothing more!

What is the cost of a successful award search?

The typical cost for a successful award search is $275 for a two-person booking ($150 for the first passenger, and an additional $125 for each additional passenger).

For more complex itineraries—such as those with multiple destinations or requiring multiple awards due to your miles or preferred route—the price may be higher.

The final cost will be confirmed in advance via email before we begin the search.

When and how do I pay for a successful award search?

How many points are required for a ticket to my destination?

This can be a tricky question since the number of points needed depends on several factors, such as the points you have, your destination, and the class of service you prefer.

Generally speaking, for transcontinental flights, you’ll need at least:

40,000 points for economy class each way,
60,000 or more for business class,
100,000 or more for first class per person.

These amounts may vary based on your destination and the points you have. Some destinations may require more points, while others may need less.

Keep in mind that not all points are transferable to all partners, and they may transfer at different rates. For example, 120,000 Marriott points would only convert to about 50,000 airline miles.

Also, if your points are split between multiple people, there may be a fee to combine them. This varies depending on the type of points you have.

Will the award booking service keep monitoring award fares until the exact fare I want becomes available?

We work hard to find the best award flights that meet your criteria and don’t give up easily. However, we also aim to balance thoroughness with efficiency. If we don’t find options that meet your parameters right away, we’ll continue searching for up to a month in hopes of finding flights that you’ll love.

Once we find flights that match the agreed-upon parameters and you decide to proceed with booking, we won’t continue searching after the booking is complete—whether you choose to book those flights or not.
